Update

I have joined NTT Multimedia Communication Labs as a Research Scientist as of 06/2005. Pls note my new affiliation.

Past Affiliations

Nokia Research Center (MountainView): Research Intern 03/2004 - 08/2004
AT&T Research Labs (Middletown, NJ): Research Intern 07/2003 - 09/2003
AT&T Research Labs (Middletown, NJ): Research Intern 07/2002 - 09/2002

Education

I spent two and half years (1996-1998) at the University of Florida, Gainesville where i received my Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. I later moved on to the University of Southern California, LA where i was enrolled in the Ph.D program from 1999-2001. At USC I worked with Dr. Katia Obraczka at the Information Sciences Institute (ISI). I finally moved with katia to UC Santa Cruz in 2001 and graduated with a PhD in Computer Engineering in 2005.
